Could someone give some advice

Well I have 30 bucks in weth that I cant do anything with because I have 0.0005 eth so I cant afford gas to transfer or exchange+ I got a sale on my polygon nfts for like 24 bucks or so, tried to change it into eth and it says I have 42 dollars in gas for polygon in eth and I can’t refund, what do I do??? Please I really need some advice! I know there are faucets or something but those only give like two bucks and you know the Ethereum gas prices by now… I know my friend told me there is a way to exchange currencies really cheaply or even for free but I still l haven’t been able to find one of those
